She is also a mother and understands the challenges that parents can sometimes face in navigating parenthood, both in and out of their home country. Her professional training allows her to work with clients on a variety of issues ranging from depression, anxiety, grief & disenfranchised grief, phobias, self-esteem/self-confidence, and relationship/family issues. She recognizes that each person is unique with their own personal story, life experiences, and strengths that they bring to the counselling space. She offers a counselling journey that highlights those strengths and tailors each session to the individual and their needs. Sarann does this by creating a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space for all her clients to thrive.
