Service Description

*Please note that we also offer a package of 4 Online sessions at a discounted rate of $268 x 4 upon request. Once you have made contact us with us, we will send you a client intake questionnaire to complete and return. This is for you to provide your personal, medical details and reasons for seeking therapy. We will then schedule you for a first assessment session. This aims to identify what you hope to gain from therapy which helps to give something to work towards in our future sessions. We take a genuine interest in your concerns and provide highest level of confidential care. Each session lasts about 50 minutes and we are located in CBD area. *Please note that your requested booking time is not confirmed until you hear from us in email*.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly send us a separate email to hello@tlhcounselling.com in case we miss your online booking request. Please note that all bookings are confirmed only upon reply from The Lighthouse Counselling. For cancellations, please contact us 48 hours before in order to avoid being charged.
