What is couples counselling?

Couples counselling is a structured and confidential form of support for partners who wish to improve their relationship. A trained counsellor guides both of you through open and respectful conversations in a neutral setting.

Our couples counselling Singapore service helps partners understand repeated conflict, restore trust and strengthen emotional connection. Sessions use the Gottman Method and other therapeutic approaches, shaped around your needs.

You may attend in person at our Raffles Place office or online. Each session lasts 50 minutes (or 75 minutes on request), and every detail you share remains private.

Couples counselling may suit you if you:

✓   Argue often about the same issues

✓   Feel distant or disconnected from your partner

✓   Wish to rebuild trust after an affair

✓   Struggle to talk about money or parenting

✓   Face stress from a major life change

✓   Want to strengthen a healthy relationship

What We Can Help with In Marriage

Our marriage counselling Singapore service supports couples facing a wide range of challenges. Sessions take place in person or online, and each plan is shaped around your marriage and your goals.

Why Couples Choose Online Sessions

Comfort of your own space

Attend from home, so both partners feel relaxed and speak more openly during every Couples Counselling session.

Easy for busy schedules

Skip the commute to the city centre in Singapore, which helps partners with demanding careers or young children.

Flexible session times

Online appointments run on weekdays from 9am to 7pm and on Saturday mornings, which suits busy couples, subject to the counsellor’s availability.

Care from trained professionals

Our Gottman-trained counsellors offer the same quality of support online as they provide in person.

Private and secure sessions

We use a secure video platform and protect every detail you share, within clear professional limits.

Connect from anywhere

Partners in different cities or countries can join the same session together, with one shared plan.
